Daniel studied at Northwestern University, where he earned his Bachelor of Music in Voice & Opera, Bachelor of Science in Communication, and a minor in Musical Theatre.
After working in higher education development, he returned to Northwestern to earn his master’s degree at the Kellogg School of Management. During his time at Kellogg, he served as an Admissions Representative for the MSMS and MD-MBA programs. In this role, he learned how to evaluate undergraduate and graduate applications to the world's most competitive institutions, including Northwestern. In addition, he also served on the Northwestern Alumni Admissions Interviewing Council.
Shortly after graduating from Kellogg, he moved to Shanghai, China, where he began working in college admissions consulting. He moved back to the United States in late 2022, where he continues his role.
