Brandie Wong graduated from California State University of Los Angeles with a bachelor's degree in psychology and a minor in sociology. Through her education she learned about the world of mental health through the study of individuals and their internal processes as well as the impact of society and cross-cultural factors on their psychological wellbeing. She became passionate about advocating for social justice, inclusion, and mental wellness for people of all backgrounds. For this reason, she pursued further education at Pacific Oaks College and received a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT). She is now on the road toward licensure and is eager to continue growing and using her knowledge to contribute to positive change in her community.

Her clinical experience began at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders where she learned and implemented applied behavior analysis before leaving her position to build her MFT portfolio with Counseling Partners of Los Angeles. She is currently employed at California School of the Arts and Okay Humans as a registered Associate MFT. She describes her clinical journey so far as "deeply fulfilling" as she teaches mental wellness techniques to individuals while simultaneously learning important life lessons from each person's story.
